Raffy was very friendly, outgoing and attentive the moment my family and I first met him. He has done such a thorough and very in depth inspection of the house that my family and I wouldn’t be able to even catch ourselves. He tested everything such as any possible leakage, moulds, plumbing, electric and etc. Raffy also uses an equipment to help find any leakage that is not visible on the ceiling. Raffy was professional and knowledgeable. He also used a thermal imaging camera to detect moisture behind the walls/ceilings, which we thought was pretty cool. He thoroughly explained his findings at the end of his inspection and provided us with a detailed report. On top of that, he was nice enough to advise us on things, such as when to shut off the main water valve or how to deal with electric overload—good to know for first-time home buyers
