Raffy works professionally by doing what he's supposed to during the unspection day. Ensures that he gets all of what's being done and presents his findings after. He uses high technology infrared to see some leaks that naked eye won't be able too! Very pleasant and professional man! KUDOS👏

Mr. Raffy Canlas was extremely diligent with his inspection of our first home. After he completed his inspection, he was very detailed with his explanation and report. If something needed to be changed, he would give us suggestions on which items to buy and where to buy the parts/items (plus he gave us inexpensive options as well, which was a bonus!). Raffy was really thorough with his home inspection and was able to give my family and I a peace of mind. His inspection report was very detailed, and he explained how he conducted inspections around the home with different tools that aided him in his inspection; everything from electrical to moisture build up or leaks. He was prepared for every possible scenario a home buyer could possibly encounter. He literally puts himself in the shoes of the buyer and looks at every nook and cranny.
